1. Non-Invasive Treatments Once a session is performed, the fee is non-refundable. Results vary for every client; therefore result-based refunds are not offered. Fully unused packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase (administration fee applies). Partially used packages are non-refundable.
2. Invasive / Injectable Treatments Fees for invasive or injectable treatments are non-refundable once the procedure is done. Product opened, allocated, or prepared for a client is considered used and not eligible for refund. Outcomes depend on individual skin and healing; therefore no guarantee-based refunds. Any side effects or complications will be managed medically by our team, not through refunds.
3. Advance Payments & Bookings Booking/advance payments are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with minimum 24-hour notice.
4. Medical Unsuitability If the doctor declares a client medically unfit before treatment, the treatment fee (if prepaid) will be refunded. Consultation charges remain non-refundable.
5. Product Purchases Products can be returned only if unused, unopened, and returned within 3 days of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for refund.
6. Final Decision All refund approvals are at the discretion of clinic management based on policy and medical assessment.
