Cancellation Policy – Aesthetic Clinic Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged Rs. 3,000 as a cancellation fee. Consultations are free, but repeated missed appointments may lead to restricted future bookings. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the slot may be treated as missed. Unused packages can be canceled within 7 days (administration fee applies). Partially used packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All final decisions regarding cancellations will be made by clinic management.
